Over the last 3 years, Seva Thrift has given $60,000 to Surrey Memorial Hospital Foundation.
In 2017, our inaugural year, Seva Thrift was able to support the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Surrey Memorial Hospital. Together , we used our proceeds to buy a biliblanket at a cost of 1$10,000, to help treat neonatal jaundice. a biliblanket also helps premature babies and their families

In 2018, we donated $20,000 towards sleeping chairs for parents who have to spend the night with their sick child.

In 2019, we donated $30,000 towards the new children's ward at Surrey Memorial Hospital.
Seva Thrift also supports a number of other community-based initiatives:

- the Surrey Food Bank through food drive

- The local Toy Drive for the surrey Christmas Bureau

- Gave back to the community at the Surrey Vaisakhi Parade
